REFUND POLICY

At indonesian-ecd.org, we strive to provide the best services to our customers. However, if you are dissatisfied with our services or wish to cancel your order, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

Refund Eligibility

  • Customers can apply for a refund within 20 days of placing an order.

  • Our organization will review the refund request, and if approved, the customer will receive a 100% refund of the order amount.

  • Refund processing will be completed within 72 hours of the request approval.

  • If the refund request is approved, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer.

  • If you are requesting a refund for multiple orders of Electronic Travel Documents, each request must be submitted individually.

  • Customers whose Electronic Travel Document has not been submitted to the Government at the time of the refund request will be eligible for a full refund.

  • Customers whose Electronic Travel Document application has been denied by the Government may be eligible for a full refund, depending on the specific circumstances, in accordance with our professional service guarantee.

  • Costs related to ancillary services will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
