Customers can apply for a refund within 20 days of placing an order.
Our organization will review the refund request, and if approved, the customer will receive a 100% refund of the order amount.
Refund processing will be completed within 72 hours of the request approval.
If the refund request is approved, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer.
If you are requesting a refund for multiple orders of Electronic Travel Documents, each request must be submitted individually.
Customers whose Electronic Travel Document has not been submitted to the Government at the time of the refund request will be eligible for a full refund.
Customers whose Electronic Travel Document application has been denied by the Government may be eligible for a full refund, depending on the specific circumstances, in accordance with our professional service guarantee.
Costs related to ancillary services will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
